The long way to the right work
Track was supposed to be my whole story. I walked on to a Division I program when no one offered me a spot, earned my place, and then a devastating injury took it away. Losing the thing you've organized your life around leaves a hole. For a while, I genuinely didn't know what I was for. I was so lost.

Rebuilding
What I found on the other side of the injury surprised me. I learned so much rebuilding myself. I learned I liked rebuilding bodies even more than I'd liked racing. So: I went back to school for the physiology, the mechanics and the "why" underneath the programs most coaches only copy. I assumed that road led to a clinic.
Spoilers. It didn't. A clinic is a room people enter broken and leave the moment they're cleared. I wanted the opposite of that: the long arc, the years, the relationship of watching someone get genuinely strong and stay that way. The connection IS the point for me, and a discharge form kills that connection just when it's getting good.
Then I met Olivia.
So, there was this crazy girl. I saw potential in her. She wanted to train, had the discipline for it. She just didn't know where to start or how to get past the pain she was in. Early on, I started applying everything I knew, the track work, the biomechanics, the eccentric control, to help her build her glutes and train out of the aches she'd quietly learned to live with. I fell in love with her as I fell in love with the work. What happened wasn't only physical. She got stronger, she moved better, the pain went away, and she carried herself differently because of it. Watching that was the moment the whole thing came into focus. THIS was my jam. Not a track, not a clinic, this. Olivia's my fiancée now, btw.
"Why does a man coach women's glutes?"
Fair question. The first person I ever coached this way was the woman I love, and it changed her life. The mechanics don't care who's performing them. Hip extension is hip extension, the same muscle, the same movement, whether you're chasing a faster forty or a stronger, pain-free body. My years on the track are the reason I understand this muscle better than most of the aesthetics world ever will. I've spent my life making it perform.
What you can expect
Straight answers about where you're starting, a plan built around your body instead of a template, and proof you can watch. I film your baseline on day one, so a month in you're not wondering whether it's working. You'll see it.
